The COVID-19 pandemic has been adversely affecting the local economy and unemployment rate are soaring. The livelihood of grassroot has been worsening.

Therefore, the Lions Clubs International District 303, Hong Kong & Macao, China is organizing the hunger relief services called「獅子與您『飯飯掂』」and deliver meal boxes to those who are in need. This activity includes arrangements for children's books for the grassroots' kids and the questionaires for further follow-up and improvement. Target groups include: low-income families, the lone elderlies, single parents' families, South Asian families.Over 10,000 meal boxes will be delivered.

A opening ceremony for the project was held pm August 15, 2021 in the Lions Service Centre (Tsuen Wan). Dr CHAN Pak Li, Bernard, JP, the Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, officiated at the ceremony.
